To personalize your calories, macros, and workout splits, RecalFit collects:

• Account Details: Email address and profile name when you create an account.
• Body Stats & Goals: Sex, age, body weight, height, and your primary goal (cut, maintain, or bulk).
• Joint Concerns & Injuries: Areas of pain or discomfort (such as shoulders, knees, or lower back) so the app can suggest joint-friendly exercise substitutions.
• Apple Health Data (Optional): With your explicit permission, RecalFit reads active energy burned and daily step counts to accurately calculate daily calorie targets. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

3. How Your Information is Used

We process your data strictly to power your fitness experience:

• Calculating your basal metabolic rate and daily calorie targets.
• Generating and adjusting your workout split and weekly volume.
• Scaling high-protein recipes to match your meal targets and building grocery lists.
• Powering recommendations from Cal, your in-app AI fitness coach.
• Detecting weight plateaus and updating your nutrition plan.

4. On-Device Storage & Security

RecalFit prioritizes on-device processing. Your primary workouts and profile reside right on your iPhone. When cloud sync is enabled, your data is protected with industry-standard TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption.

5. Zero Data Resale

We do not sell, license, or monetize your health information. Our business is funded purely by subscription memberships.

6. Deleting Your Account & Data

You can wipe your local app data instantly inside the iOS app via Profile > Reset Profile, or request complete server deletion anytime via our Data Deletion Portal.
