RecalFit Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and RecalFit Labs LLC ("RecalFit", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, registering, or using the RecalFit iOS native application, accessing recalfit.com, or interacting with the Cal AI coaching engine, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and uninstall the application.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to download or use RecalFit. By registering an account, you affirm and warrant that you are 18 or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Apple EULA

Certain advanced capabilities (including continuous dynamic macro recalculation, unlimited Cal AI coach queries, and automated grocery export) may require a paid subscription.

• Apple App Store Billing: All financial transactions, recurring subscriptions, and free trials are processed directly through Apple Inc. via your Apple ID in compliance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple Customer Support per Apple App Store billing regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms (including the RecalFit Engine, Mifflin-St Jeor adaptation clamps, and Movement Limitation Submatrix), software source code, user interfaces, graphical designs, trademarks, logos, and the character "Cal" are the exclusive intellectual property of RecalFit Labs LLC

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or scrape any component of the software.

5. User Conduct and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to:

• Engage in malicious attacks, denial of service, or unauthorized probing of Supabase API endpoints.
• Falsify biometric inputs in a manner intended to compromise algorithmic safety bounds.
• Sub-license or distribute the RecalFit workout templates for commercial exploitation.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RECALFIT LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, CARDIOVASCULAR EVENT, MUSCULOSKELETAL STRAIN, OR METABOLIC COMPLICATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

YOU ENGAGE IN ALL PHYSICAL EXERCISE, WEIGHTLIFTING, AND NUTRITIONAL ADJUSTMENTS VOLUNTARILY AND ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
